Odetta Rockhead is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of leadership experience in the global outsourcing and technology industry. Rising from humble beginnings, she became a Vice President at just 25 in a US Fortune 500 multinational—now known as Xerox—and later led global teams across five continents. She also helped launch and scale one of Jamaica’s largest private-sector employers to 6,000 staff in five years, earning recognition from the United Nations, the Financial Times, and Frost & Sullivan.
